Let’s Do a Pilot

GNM invites you to run a pilot and with following objectives:

Primary Objective:

• Allow GNM to establish a business case so as to demonstrate the benefits of outsourcing “Advertisement Production”.

Primary Objective:

• Demonstrate GNM capabilities to produce design with desired quality
• Demonstrate GNM capabilities to reduce turnaround-time (throughput)
• GNM to deliver technically correct PDF files.
• Set up thorough workflow and processes through Yemo (in-house built software product)
• Collecting the elements for SLA (defining the performance criteria)
• Defining Operational Manual (defining the guidelines for daily operations).

3. Design quality test

4. Technical Quality

5. Production test

6. Data collection, establishing business case and implementation plan
